Heads up to all IPX for tonight...
I think I might have finally got two of my mates to agree to playing online. They are really really bad at multiplayer, so they have never bothered to take the time to actually learn it. Now that games need master servers to play on, LAN is a fast dying thing. This means, like it or not, they will have to start learning to play online against real people if they want to play together (ignoring Co-op). This brings me to my reason for putting this up. They are very shy when it comes team clans/teams, as the last time they jumped in a group with me, the guys verbally beat them down (they where joking, kind of… you know how we are with each other). Any way, if some guys come on tonight and I say they are my mates… please go easy on them. Yes they will be uber shit at BF3, but Im hoping with time they will get better. Be nice to have them around socially, I think they could do with a good group of guys to play with. You all seem nice, so if I can… I will try to get them on Mumble and BF3 with us tonight, but we will see. Any how. Thanks guys.

Certain members 0f team IPX, wh0 shall remain nameless, have in the past been accused 0f bullying fell0w team mates.
If they’re l00king t0 av0id this, then this might n0t be the place f0r them, which is sad t0 say, because that kind 0f crap sh0uldnt be t0lerated within the team, but pe0ple get away with it. I had expected better fr0m Team IPX in general, but due t0 0ur 0pen d00r p0licy, there has been n0 p0licing 0r mediati0n, and things have been let t0 ev0lve naturally.
Let y0ur friends give it a try. If they run int0 pr0blems with 0ther team mates, v0ice th0se c0ncerns, s0 they can be addressed. Staying silent 0n the issue d0es n0b0dy any g00d.

Issues are always dealt with between BOD and the person not on here for everyone to see it. Just because you dont see it dosnt mean it dosnt happen.

Always felt welcome in the year and a bit I’ve been here. IPX can laugh, cry and rage with the best of them, some rage more than others. I’m old though so it takes a lot to get a raise out of me, plus my wife beats me.

Logan stopped in for a brief moments, and silent hang around a little bit. Seems we ended up playing more L4D then any thing else. They got there asses handed to them in BF3, but baby steps here. It such a shame for them that we cant do the old BF2 trick, load a map full of AI and just a few of join for a bash around and bit of fun. Though with all the hack games these days, master servers see to be there way of combating it. I hate the idea, but I totally understand it. Just means we cant host out own games any more (ignoring the whole renting/booking a server).
Thanks again guys, hoping in future lans I can get these guys on some more and get them running some games with us… one day, maybe even some games without needing me around lol.
